Women's issues and gender equity in sustainable development, particularly in international policy making, eg around the UN Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD), the international climate change process (UNFCCC), and others:

Research & Teaching

1992 - 1998: I served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Saarland, Saarbruecken, Germany, in a Department of Social Psychology and Women's Studies. Work included curriculum development & teaching; research on sexism and racism; women's career development; networking & mentoring.

1992: I was part of a research team investigating internal and external career barriers. The study was conducted to support the work of the Government of Baden-Wuerttemberg, one of the German Lander (federal states).
